Throw

Break into 3 groups: Outfielders, Infielders, Catchers

  • Outfielders:

    • Record throwing velocity (Pull Downs)

  • Infielders:

    • (5) GB’s, from ShortStop position

    • (2) Stationary, Forehand, Backhand, Slow-roller

    • Record throwing velocity

  • Catchers:

    • (2) Receiving

    • (2) Blocking

    • (3) Throws (record throwing velocity / Pop Time)

Exit Velocity (Off Tee and BP) / Batting Practice / Blast Motion (Following positional drills)

Live AB’s / Velocity / Spin Rate (Diamond Kinetics)
