Athlete Registration / Warm-Up
60 Yard Dash (x2)
Throw
Break into 3 groups: Outfielders, Infielders, Catchers
- Outfielders:
- (5) Throws from the OF
- (2) to 2B, (3) to 3B
- Record Throwing Velocity
- Infielders:
- (5) GB’s, from ShortStop position
- (2) Stationary, Forehand, Backhand, Slow-roller
- Record throwing velocity
- Catchers:
- (2) Receiving
- (2) Blocking
- (3) Throws (record throwing velocity / Pop Time)
Exit Velocity (Off BP) / Batting Practice / Blast Motion (Following positional drills)

Live Game / Pitchers Velocity / Spin Rate (Diamond Kinetic)
